I build probabilistic models of microbial communities in the open ocean. Currently, I am a PhD Candidate in the MIT-WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography where I am advised by Heidi Sosik and am a member of the Northeast U.S. Shelf Long Term Ecological Research team.
